Just watched a very brave film around the complexities of FGM including corrective surgery, psychological impact and more. The film is entitled "Koromouso" or Big Sister.
It tells the story of a group of African/Canadian women and their experiences of being cut as children. They are so open and brave in opening up about such a personal private part of their lives.
